First step in our JACOMINO experience is booking an appointment. Customers have the opportunity to book an appointment at the nearest showroom through our website. One can find the showroom of their preference on our location page. Appointments can range anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes. Home or office visits are available upon request in certain locations.

A stylist will gladly work with his client through an appointment. First step in an appointment is measuring. We perform an 18 point measurement per customer so that we can create the best fitting bespoke clothing. All measurements are stored under the customer's profile for future orders.

JACOMINO delivers their items within 4 weeks. The customer then has the opportunity to come in for their fitting. JACOMINO can then identify if there are any final alterations necessary. We also have a expedite option for an additional charge, where the customer can receive their order within 10 business days.
